By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
Supplemental documents, such as policies or guidelines, may be posted and are incorporated by reference. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; changes will be effective immediately upon posting with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility & Representations

- You agree not to infringe on intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of Chic Living or others.

- The Site provides information and facilitates inquiries related to women-only shared accommodation near Dubai Mall and corporate housing in Dubai.
- All content and trademarks on the Site are owned or licensed by Chic Living and protected by UAE and international laws.
- You may use the Site and download content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes; other use requires prior written consent.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
1. Use automated systems (bots/scripts) to access or gather Site content.
2. Provide false or misleading information.
3. Attempt to bypass security or use the Site unlawfully.
4. Harm the Site or its users, including spreading malware or abusing support functions.
5. Use the Site to defraud, harass, or threaten others.
5. Accommodation Inquiries & Bookings
- The Site only facilitates inquiries. It does not constitute a booking or tenancy agreement until confirmed by Chic Living. All booking terms (rates, tenancy, payment) are subject to direct agreement.
- You acknowledge that Chic Living serves women-only residents and corporate clients only.
6. User Contributions
- If you submit content (e.g., reviews or messages), you grant Chic Living an irrevocable, royaltyfree license to use, reproduce, and modify it.
- You retain ownership of your submissions but agree Chic Living may use them freely.
- You represent that your submissions do not infringe third-party rights or laws.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
8. Log Files, Cookies & ThirdParty Services
- We and our third-party services may collect log files (IP address, browser, etc.), cookies, and usage data for analytics, site operations, and marketing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.
15. Miscellaneous
- These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any posted guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Chic Living.
- If any provision is deemed invalid, the rest remain in full effect.
- Chic Living may assign its rights without your consent.
- No waiver by Chic Living of any term shall be deemed a further waiver of that term or any other.
- These Terms are not intended to create third-party beneficiary rights.
